Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Wholesale pricing is available exclusively for physical retail stores.
Online-only shops and marketplaces are not eligible.

I reserve the right to approve or decline wholesale accounts at my discretion.

2. Minimum Order

Prints: Minimum order of 20 prints in total.
Prints can be mixed designs; they do not need to be the same artwork.

Original artworks: Available upon request. No minimum order unless otherwise specified.

3. Wholesale Discounts

Wholesale discounts are applied via a unique discount code.

To request wholesale pricing, please email hello(@)larafdezart.com with:

Store name / Physical store location / Website or social media account

Once approved, I will provide:

- The applicable wholesale discount

- A discount code to be used at checkout on this website

Wholesale discounts are valid only for approved customers and may not be shared.

4. Pricing

Wholesale prices and discounts are confidential.
Prices may be updated without prior notice.

Retail prices must remain consistent with the recommended retail price and may not be discounted without prior written approval.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment is required in advance.

Orders are placed and paid directly through this website using the provided wholesale discount code.

Orders will be processed once payment is received in full.

6. Production & Processing Time

Prints: Orders are processed within up to 5 business days.

Originals: Ready to ship unless otherwise stated.

Any delays will be communicated as soon as possible.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Spain.

Shipping costs are not included in wholesale prices unless stated otherwise.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Once the order has been shipped, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to the buyer.

8. Returns & Exchanges

All wholesale sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless items arrive damaged or incorrect.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs.

9. Damaged Items

If items arrive damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
Replacements or refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

10. Copyright & Usage

All artworks remain the intellectual property of the artist.
Wholesale purchase does not grant reproduction, licensing, or commercial usage rights beyond resale of the physical artwork.

Images may be used for in-store or social media promotion with proper artist credit.

11. Exclusivity

Wholesale agreements are non-exclusive unless explicitly agreed in writing.

12. Agreement

By placing a wholesale order, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.
